MAYO MOCHI (2 servings)

crushed spicy pepper
  1. Cut mochi into 4 pieces and cook them on the pan until they become soft.
  2. Add mayo into the pan and cook until mayo melts and it covers all sides of mochi.
  3. Garnish with crushed pepper.
MILK MOCHI (2 servings)
milk mochi

2 mochi
1cup milk
2 tbs sugar
ground black sesame
  1. Put mochi and little milk in the bowl and microwave until mochi becomes soft.
  2. Mix with spoon until mochi absorbs milk.
  3. Add some more milk and heat again until mochi gets hot and mix well. Repeat 4-5 times until mixture becomes smooth.
  4. Add sugar and mix. You can adjust the amount of milk and sugar as your preference.
  5. Splinkle ground black sesame.
KUROGOMA ANKO MOCHI
goma mochi

Mix sweet red bean paste and ground black sesame. Make sure you add sesame enough to taste. Add sugar water only enough to make bean mixture smooth. Serve with boiled or baked mochi.
