1st Tasting Party - Mochi Recipe
OKONOMIYAKI MOCHI (2 SERVINGS)
2 mochi
1 egg, beaten
okonomiyaki sauce
mayo
nori
bonito flakes
1 egg, beaten
okonomiyaki sauce
mayo
nori
bonito flakes
- Cut each mochi into 4-6 pieces and cook on the pan until they become soft.
- Push them and make them flat.
- Mix egg and mochi together in the bowl. Put them back on the pan and cook both sides.
- Brush them with okonomiyaki sauce & mayo and sprinkle nori and bonito flakes.
